Je geeft leiding aan een multidisciplinair projectteam, zorgt voor een realistische planning en bewaakt het budget, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid. Dit doe je in een informele organisatie met korte lijnen en de vrijheid en beslissingsruimte die je van het MKB mag verwachten. Dit ga je doen als Projectleider - Je leidt/begeleid verschillende projecten aan beweegbare bruggen, sluizen en tunnels. Bijvoorbeeld het leiden van servicecontracten, meerwerkprojecten of (kleine) renovatieprojecten aan beweegbare bruggen of sluizen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid, waardoor je de volledige regie over je eigen projecten en werkzaamheden hebt. - Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Je stelt projectplannen op, stuurt de planning aan en controleert de voortgang, zodat de geformuleerde doelstellingen op tijd en binnen het budget worden bereikt. - Je zorgt voor een optimale personeelsbezetting van je projecten. - Je stelt calculaties en offertes op. - Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met samenwerkingspartners, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je draagt bij aan het generen van (vervolg) opdrachten. - Je bent onderdeel van het commercieel team. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een HBO bachelor-diploma in een technische richting (Elektrotechniek is een pre) - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als (assistent) Projectleider of een vergelijkbare rol - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams in een elektrotechnische en/of besturingstechnische omgeving - Je herkent risico's en speelt hier proactief op in - Je hebt affiniteit met beweegbare bruggen, sluizen en tunnels - Je bent vaardig in Excel, MS Projects, Relatics of vergelijkbare systemen Ons aanbod - Ee...
