Grote projecten vragen om overzicht, leiderschap en bouwtechnisch inzicht.

Voor een gerenommeerde bouwpartner binnen de algemene bouw zoeken we een Projectleider voor uitdagende bouwprojecten met een waarde die kan oplopen tot €50 miljoen.

Van de eerste voorbereiding tot de uiteindelijke oplevering bewaak je het volledige project. Je brengt bouwheer, architect, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en interne teams samen en zorgt ervoor dat planning, budget, kwaliteit en uitvoering voortdurend op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

  • Projectopvolging van A tot Z, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van het projectteam en zorgen voor een duidelijke taakverdeling.
  • Coördineren van bouwheer, architect, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Technische dossiers, plannen en lastenboeken analyseren en vertalen naar een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Werf- en projectvergaderingen organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Tijdig anticiperen op technische, financiële en organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Opvolging van meer- en minderwerken en contractuele afspraken.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en belangrijkste projectparameters.

Een ervaren bouwprofessional die technische expertise combineert met leiderschap en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Hogere bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • +5 jaar ervaring als Projectleider binnen de algemene bouw.
  • Ervaring met grotere en complexe bouwprojecten is een sterke troef.
  • Je weet een team te sturen, te motiveren en mee te nemen in het behalen van de projectdoelstellingen.
  • Sterk technisch, financieel en organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en oplossingsgericht.
