Voor een landelijke speler binnen de infratechniek zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider GWW. Deze organisatie werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten: van grootschalige, integrale infratrajecten met landelijke impact tot regionale projecten waarbij je direct resultaat ziet in de omgeving. Samen wordt gekeken naar welke projecten het beste aansluiten bij jouw ambities en voorkeuren. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van wegenbouwprojecten. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en rendabel worden uitgevoerd. - Je borgt veiligheid en kwaliteit gedurende het volledige project en zorgt dat alles volgens de geldende richtlijnen verloopt. - Je organiseert en leidt projecten in de wegenbouw, waarbij je werkt met contractvormen zoals RAW en UAV-GC (bouwteams). - Je stelt projectplanningen op en bewaakt deze, waarbij je continu schakelt met alle betrokken stakeholders. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het financiële resultaat: je bewaakt budgetten, rapporteert voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je signaleert kansen en risico's en weet hier proactief op te acteren binnen de kaders van het contract. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met opdrachtgevers en bouwt aan duurzame relaties, waarbij je kansen voor toekomstige projecten herkent. - Je stuurt je team aan, weet mensen te motiveren en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen optimaal kan presteren.
