Bij Isopanel krijg je de kans om de leiding te nemen over hoogwaardige bouwprojecten in de voedings- en farmaceutische industrie. Als projectleider zorg je ervoor dat elk project vlekkeloos verloopt, zelfs als de temperatuur begint te stijgen.

Met ondersteuning van het team sta je als projectleider in voor de realisatie van een bouwproject van A tot Z:

  • Je bestudeert het verkochte project samen met het salesteam dat je wegwijs maakt in het project.
  • Je bereid het project verder voor, tekent de uitvoeringsplannen, doet de bestellingen van de materialen en maakt een planning op in verband met de uit te voeren werken.
  • Je volgt de werken op, woont werfvergaderingen bij en maakt vorderingen op.
  • Je taken zijn dus zowel administratief als on-the-field.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel en verantwoordelijk voor de goede uitvoering van het project.

ls projectleider is een hogere bouwtechnische opleiding (Bachelor of Master) een absolute must.

  • Je hebt enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie? Leuk, dit is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goed bouwtechnisch inzicht.
  • Je bent rekenkundig nauwkeurig, methodisch, stipt en bekwaam in de analyse van uw dossiers.
  • Je werkt autonoom, maar bent ook een team player.
  • Je hebt een praktische kennis van de Franse taal.
  • Je kan goed overweg met de gebruikelijke MS office pakketten en hebt kennis van Autocad.
  • Je hebt interesse in het uitbreiden en verdiepen van je kennis in de bouwkunde.
