Jobomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een projectleider:

  • Voorbereiden, uitwerken en opvolgen van de toegewezen projecten teneinde een optimale aanwending van de resources (personeel en materiaal) en een uitstekend rendement te beogen
  • Afspraken maken met klanten aangaande de uitvoeringstermijn, de wijze van uitvoeren, …
  • Adviseren en aanbieden van oplossingen aan klanten
  • Voortgangsbewaking van de diverse projecten
  • Ondersteuning bieden voor de studiedienst (opmetingen, technisch advies, …)
  • Dagelijks overleg met de planningsdienst
  • Financiële verantwoordelijkheid dragen van de projecten
  • Motiveren, inspireren, begeleiden en aansturen van de medewerkers
  • Voeren van evaluatie- en/of functioneringsgesprekken
  • Garanderen van een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving conform de eisen van de klant, de wettelijke verplichtingen en de procedures en richtlijnen van VIP Scaffolding
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige veiligheidsrondgangen
  • Evalueren van de medewerkers i.f.v. de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Opmaken van de noodzakelijke projectveiligheidsplannen
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt een goede PC kennis: MS office is een noodzaak
  • Ook het bezit van een attest Vol VCA en een certificaat steigerinspecteur zijn een pluspunt. Bij gebreke wordt er een opleiding voorzien door VIP Scaffolding
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig, en bezit eveneens een goede kennis van de Engelse en Franse taal
  • Je bent flexibel en goed georganiseerd, een echte teamplayer en je werkt zéér nauwkeurig en efficiënt
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossende en resultaatgerichte instelling en beschikt over de nodige commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je handelt veilig en kwaliteitsgericht
