Jobomschrijving

Ben jij die gedreven Projectleider die ervoor zorgt dat bouwprojecten in Genk van een vliegende start tot een succesvolle oplevering gaan? Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om alles soepel te laten verlopen en bouwt samen met onze klant aan adembenemende constructies.

  • Van het eerste idee tot de laatste afwerking: jij organiseert en coördineert projecten met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Jij bent de tijdsbewaker die ervoor zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald en materialen op tijd besteld zijn.
  • Met jouw enthousiaste aanpak motiveer je eigen teams en werk je samen met onze partners en onderaannemers.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou bovenaan: je sensibiliseert iedereen op de werf, van interne teams tot externe partners.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor onze klant bouw je aan sterke, langdurige relaties tijdens de hele looptijd van het project.
  • Je houdt werfvergaderingen levendig en productief, waarbij je iedereen - van ploegbazen en onderaannemers tot architecten, leveranciers en onze klant - op één lijn houdt.
