The posting

Als Projectleider krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uitdagende projecten rond het ontwerp, de productie en de installatie van hoogwaardige brandwerende poorten en deuren. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt van het project vanaf de overdracht vanuit sales tot en met de finale oplevering en nazorg. In deze rol bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit, budgetten en communicatie, en zorg je ervoor dat elk project vlot, veilig en rendabel verloopt.

Je stuurt meerdere projecten tegelijk op een gestructureerde en hands-on manier aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams zoals verkoop, tekenafdeling, productie, aankoop, magazijn, montage en service, maar ook met externe stakeholders zoals klanten en werfleiders. Je combineert technische voeling met organisatorisch inzicht en houdt steeds het overzicht op de werf én achter de schermen.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • de overdracht van projecten van sales naar operatie organiseren en bewaken;
  • opmetingen ter plaatse opvolgen in nauwe samenwerking met de tekenafdeling;
  • de voortgang op de werf dagelijks opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • montageteams aansturen, motiveren en ondersteunen met aandacht voor veiligheid;
  • termijnen, budgetten, financiële KPI’s en kasplanning bewaken;
  • tijdige, correcte facturatie en volledige administratieve opvolging verzekeren;
  • afgewerkte projecten gestructureerd overdragen aan de serviceafdeling;
  • knelpunten signaleren en actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling;
  • ERP en data-entry consequent en nauwkeurig gebruiken om het projectbeheer te versterken.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, afspraken nakomen en first-time-right werken centraal staan. De functie vraagt dus iemand die vooruitdenkt, oplossingsgericht handelt en vlot schakelt wanneer de planning of werfsituatie daarom vraagt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Projectleider met enkele jaren ervaring en een sterke affiniteit met technische en bouwgerelateerde projecten. Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding en kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring in projectopvolging, werfcoördinatie of een gelijkaardige rol. Ervaring in de bouwtechnische sector is een duidelijke plus, net als technische achtergrond of inzicht in productie- en installatietrajecten.

Je profiel sluit aan wanneer je je herkent in onderstaande verwachtingen:

  • je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen;
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans; Engels is een plus;
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk onder controle houden;
  • je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail;
  • je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig onder druk;
  • je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • je vindt veilig en kwalitatief werken essentieel;
  • je bent leergierig, flexibel en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders;
  • je voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin je zelfstandig beslissingen neemt en actief prioriteiten bepaalt.

Deze functie vraagt iemand die niet alleen technisch en administratief sterk is, maar ook het overzicht bewaart, teams ondersteunt en telkens opnieuw zorg draagt voor een correcte en tijdige oplevering.
