Neem de leiding over uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten die een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de energietransitie. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectverloop, van de voorbereiding en planning tot de oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ploegbazen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement hand in hand gaan. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar initiatief, samenwerking en persoonlijke groei centraal staan en waar je meewerkt aan duurzame projecten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers en bereidt projecten voor.
  • Je stelt de projectplanning op samen met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en financiële opvolging.
  • Je stuurt werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ploegbazen aan.
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen en optimaliseert projectprocessen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde speler binnen de infrastructuursector die actief meewerkt aan de energietransitie. De organisatie realiseert dagelijks duurzame projecten in het publieke domein, waaronder de aanleg van transportleidingen, warmtenetten, rioleringen en hoogspanningskabels. Samen met een gedreven team werk je aan kwaliteitsvolle realisaties waar samenwerking, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. Dankzij de familiale bedrijfscultuur, regelmatige teambuildings en informele activiteiten heerst er een sterke verbondenheid tussen collega's.

  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde en 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of junior projectleider
  • Ervaring met infrastructuurprojecten is een must.
  • Kennis van overheidsopdrachten, leidingsystemen, kabels en standaardbestek 250.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en MS Project.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
