The posting

Als Projectleider Industriële Renovatie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van renovatieprojecten in en rond Kortenberg. Je werkt aan duurzame moderniseringen binnen industriële omgevingen en begeleidt projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Daarbij schakel je vlot tussen klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers, interne teams en het management.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Industriële renovatieprojecten zelfstandig opvolgen van begin tot einde, met aandacht voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Werkzaamheden coördineren binnen de afdelingen daken, beton, gietvloeren en totaalrenovaties.
  • De voortgang bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat afspraken, deadlines en projectdoelstellingen worden nageleefd.
  • Klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne medewerkers duidelijk informeren en efficiënt op elkaar afstemmen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, technische normen en kwaliteitsvereisten op de werf.
  • Risico’s, vertragingen en praktische knelpunten tijdig signaleren en gericht naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Projectdocumentatie, planningen en rapporteringen bijhouden en de voortgang transparant communiceren aan het management.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte werkwijze en aan duurzame oplossingen voor de modernisering van industriële faciliteiten.

Je krijgt binnen een organisatie van ongeveer 35 medewerkers de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, rechtstreeks samen te werken met verschillende betrokken partijen en je verder te ontwikkelen in een veelzijdige bouwomgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een praktisch ingestelde en georganiseerde professional die projecten gestructureerd kan opvolgen en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben: een eerste ervaring binnen bouw, constructie, renovatie of projectcoördinatie is een sterke basis.

We verwachten bij voorkeur:

  • Een diploma bouwkunde, constructie of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ongeveer 0 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in bouw, renovatie, werfopvolging of projectleiding.
  • Interesse in industriële renovatie en bereidheid om technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere acties en deadlines tegelijk te bewaken.
  • Duidelijke communicatie en voldoende assertiviteit om afspraken met klanten, leveranciers en uitvoerende partijen op te volgen.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte houding en het vermogen om risico’s en problemen tijdig te herkennen.
  • Aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, budgetten en een correcte uitvoering.
  • Een constructieve teamgerichte werkhouding, gecombineerd met voldoende zelfstandigheid.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met Bouwsoft of vergelijkbare bouwsoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om projecten en werven vanuit Kortenberg en de omliggende regio op te volgen.
