Functie

Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Montage Manager / projectleider voor onze klant in Hamont-Achel. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de realisatie van complexe en hoogwaardige internationale staalconstructies.

Jouw takenpakket als Montage Manager / Projectleider bestaat uit:

  • Stroomlijnen, inplannen en opvolgen van alle montageprojecten op de werven.
  • Direct aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van de montageploegen op locatie.
  • Bewaken van de planning, werfkwaliteit en het strikt naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Proactief beheren van de personeelsbezetting en het tijdig bijsturen bij eventuele knelpunten.
  • Fungeren als centrale spilfiguur en aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne afdelingen (project- en werfleiders, directie) als externe partijen.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren over de werfvoortgang aan het directieteam.

Profiel

Als Montage Manager / Projectleider herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur) of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Sterke affiniteit met staalbouw, zware constructies en montagetechnieken.
  • Een organisatorisch talent dat het overzicht behoudt bij het gelijktijdig beheer van meerdere werven. Communicatief krachtig, daadkrachtig en in staat om teams op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Veiligheid draag je uit als een absolute prioriteit.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels; aanvullende kennis van het Frans of Duits is een grote troef.
