Ben jij een geboren organisator met een sterke technische achtergrond? Als projectleider ben jij de spil van uitdagende bouwprojecten. Van de eerste planning tot de definitieve oplevering: jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en volgens plan verloopt.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van gedetailleerde werfplanningen.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van aankoopdossiers in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst.
  • De afstemming met de interne planningsverantwoordelijke.
  • Het bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf.
  • De financiële opvolging van jouw projecten, waaronder budgetten, kosten en prognoses.
  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van vorderingen voor de klant.
  • Het coördineren van logistieke en organisatorische aspecten van het project.
  • Het verzorgen van een correcte en actuele projectadministratie.
  • Het opmaken van eindafrekeningen en het samenstellen van het As-Built dossier.
  • Het voorbereiden en begeleiden van zowel de voorlopige als definitieve oplevering.

Als projectleider ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen jouw projecten. Je werkt samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste informatie beschikt.

Wanneer er onverwachte uitdagingen opduiken, blijf je niet bij de pakken zitten. Je analyseert de situatie, denkt vooruit en zoekt snel naar een haalbare oplossing. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en organisatorische skills weet je steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Kennis van KPD, AutoCAD of MS Project is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een sterke cijfermatige ingesteldheid en kunt betrouwbare financiële prognoses opstellen.
