Als Projectleider speel je een cruciale rol in het succesvol realiseren van onze bouwprojecten. Van de voorbereidingsfase tot de oplevering: jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering en garandeert kwaliteit. Heb je een scherp oog voor detail, ben je stressbestendig en weet je hoe je een team aanstuurt? Dan willen we jou graag ontmoeten!

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiding: Samenwerken met de projectvoorbereider en projectmanager om plannen op te stellen en noodzakelijke opmetingen te doen.
  • Uitvoering: Toezicht houden op het rendement, de kwaliteit en de planning van de werven. Je volgt de voortgang van elk project nauwgezet op.
  • Coördinatie: Organiseren van overleggen en werfvergaderingen met de werfleider, montageploegen, architect, klant, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je houdt continu de vorderingen in de gaten.
  • Rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectmanager en zorgt ervoor dat hij op de hoogte blijft van alle ontwikkelingen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een hogere opleiding Bouwkunde afgerond of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Troeven: Organisatie, structuur, gezond boerenverstand, pragmatiek, technisch inzicht, oog voor winstgevendheid en people management zijn jouw sterke punten.
  • Stressbestendig: Je blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht, zelfs in uitdagende situaties.
  • Verbetering: Je hebt een kritisch oog voor verbetering en gelooft dat alles altijd beter kan.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Je hebt een goede kennis van CAD en MS Office.
