Voor een toonaangevende speler in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een ervaren Projectleider met een passie voor beton- en infrastructuurwerken. Deze organisatie heeft de afgelopen jaren een sterke groei gekend en blijft zich onderscheiden door haar vakkennis, klantgerichte aanpak en hoogwaardige uitvoering. Met een jaarlijkse omzet van meer dan 60 miljoen euro en een team van ongeveer 200 medewerkers, biedt deze onderneming een dynamische en professionele werkomgeving. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider coördineer je uitdagende bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten van A tot Z
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het ontwerp en de uittekening van de werfinstallaties
  • Verder stel je een gedetailleerde planning op voor de werven, waarbij je rekening houdt met personeelsbezetting en transportorganisatie
  • Om de kwaliteit te garanderen, bewaak je de veiligheid en houd je nauwlettend toezicht op de uitvoering
  • Bovendien denk je actief mee over technische optimalisaties en innovatieve oplossingen
  • Tot slot fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle veiligheids- en afwerkingsaspecten van de projecten
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde
  • Daarnaast heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Verder spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en heb je een basiskennis Frans
