Als Projectleider Betonbouw ben jij voor 40 uur per week de motor achter onze gave projecten. Van een luxe villa tot complete appartementencomplexen en bedrijfshallen: jij brengt ze tot een succesvol einde. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel onze klanten, leveranciers als je eigen collega's. Wat worden je werkzaamheden? - Je stelt een gedetailleerde bouwplanning op met realistische deadlines en zorgt dat alle vakmensen en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats perfect samenwerken; - Samen met de werkvoorbereiding bestel en roep je de materialen af, zodat deze precies op tijd op het project zijn; - Je loopt je rondes voor kwaliteitscontroles, checkt of alles aan de specificaties voldoet en ziet toe op de werkvergunningen en veiligheidsnormen; - Je bewaakt het projectbudget en signaleert mogelijke kostenoverschrijdingen. Daarnaast controleer je inkoopfacturen en zorg je dat de bonnen tijdig bij de klant worden ingediend.

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en pakt zaken praktisch aan. Omdat je veel schakelt tussen verschillende partijen, ben je een teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Tegelijkertijd kun je prima zelfstandig knopen doorhakken en werk je analytisch en nauwkeurig. Wat heb je nog meer nodig? - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-niveau, of je hebt dit niveau bereikt door relevante werkervaring; - Werkervaring van 5 jaar dat relevant is, zoals binnen een technische sector, bij voorkeur in de bouw of binnen een projectorganisatie; - Je kunt probleemloos bouwtekeningen lezen en interpreteren; - Kennis van project budgetbewaking, of een sterke bereidheid om dit snel te leren; - Een geldig VCA-VOL certificaat en up-to-date kennis van veiligheid op de bouw; - Goede digitale vaardigheden, waaronder ervaring met MS-Office en Outlook.
