Bouw je graag mee aan sterke projecten én een sterk team? Voor een groeiend bouwbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider bouw. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere bouwprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat alles van voorbereiding tot oplevering vlot en kwalitatief verloopt.

Jouw job Als projectleider ben jij de spilfiguur tussen de bouwheer, architecten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en de verschillende ploegen op de werf. Je bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de vooropgestelde planning, het budget en de kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je volgt bouwprojecten op van voorbereiding tot oplevering
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en het budget
  • Je coördineert de verschillende partijen en werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers
  • Je organiseert en leidt werfvergaderingen
  • Je volgt onderaannemers en leveranciers op
  • Je stuurt werfleiders en uitvoerende ploegen aan en motiveert hen
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met bouwheren, architecten, studiebureaus en andere partners
  • Je hebt een opleiding bouwkunde gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als projectleider is een plus, maar ook een ervaren werfleider die klaar is voor een volgende stap komt in aanmerking
  • Je bent technisch sterk en hebt een goed inzicht in bouwprocessen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet verschillende zaken tegelijk op te volgen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
