Als Projectleider Bouw in regio Kortrijk stuur je uitdagende bouwprojecten van A tot Z aan en zorg je met een sterke planning, duidelijke communicatie en kwaliteitsbewaking voor een vlotte oplevering.

  • Je begeleidt bouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je stuurt werfteams, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je organiseert de werfplanning en volgt de voortgang dagelijks op.
  • Je overlegt met het tekenbureau, de bouwheer en andere betrokken partijen om projecten efficiënt uit te voeren.
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en correcte opvolging.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van de VCA-veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je volgt de projectadministratie op en verwerkt rapporteringen in Microsoft Office.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen die de efficiëntie en rendabiliteit van projecten verhogen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je werkt planmatig en houdt verschillende projecten moeiteloos onder controle.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en lost technische uitdagingen zelfstandig op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.
