Dit bedrijf werkt aan renovaties, onderhoud en nieuwbouw in de regio en biedt een informele werksfeer waar jij als projectleider bouw veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Als projectleider bouw krijg jij de kans om zelfstandig projecten te leiden bij een betrokken vastgoedbedrijf, met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en een informele werksfeer. Je werkt aan projecten met maatschappelijke impact en bouwt aan duurzame samenwerkingen. Je ontvangt een goed salaris en krijgt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Als projectleider bouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van verschillende bouwprojecten in Beverwijk. Je begint de dag met het doornemen van de planning met jouw team: uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en andere collega's. Daarna stem je de voortgang af met de opdrachtgever en check je of alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Jij schakelt snel als er iets niet volgens plan gaat en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je houdt overzicht, regelt de communicatie en zorgt samen met je team voor een goed resultaat. Je werkt met tools als MS Project en Exact Bouw om je projecten te beheren en te rapporteren. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen collega's, opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en leveranciers. Soms loop je tegen onverwachte uitdagingen aan, maar jij denkt praktisch en vindt altijd een oplossing.
