In deze functie combineer je het werken op de werf met de organisatie en opvolging achter de schermen. Je werkt mee met een ervaren team, leert de verschillende werven door en door kennen en krijgt de ruimte om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt actief mee op de werven en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken
  • Je ondersteunt en stuurt de arbeiders aan zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je houdt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden in het oog en zorgt dat de planning wordt opgevolgd
  • Je volgt de verschillende werven op en zorgt dat de nodige materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Je maakt prijzen op en geeft offertes correct door
  • Je geeft bestellingen door en volgt deze administratief verder op
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke werfopvolging en houdt de administratie overzichtelijk
  • Je vormt een aanspreekpunt voor collega's en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking op de werf

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerd grondwerkbedrijf met een praktische en persoonlijke aanpak. Het team bestaat uit mensen die weten wat aanpakken betekent en die samen zorgen dat iedere werf goed wordt uitgevoerd. Je hoeft niet vanaf dag één alles te kunnen. Er is ruimte om de werking en de verschillende werven goed te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.   • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen grondwerken, bouw, wegenbouw of een gelijkaardige praktische omgeving

  • Je hebt een goed praktisch en technisch inzicht en denkt graag mee over oplossingen
