Wil jij werken in een nichemarkt binnen de bouw waar je écht het verschil kan maken?

In regio Zulte kom je terecht bij een financieel gezond familiebedrijf dat al decennialang actief is in gespecialiseerde bouwprojecten. Met een team van een 30-tal medewerkers, waarvan 10 bedienden, realiseren ze unieke werven in België, de Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk.

Als Projectleider krijg je de kans om stabiliteitsprojecten van A tot Z te begeleiden: van eerste contact met de klant tot de uiteindelijke uitvoering en opvolging op de werf. Je wordt omringd door ervaren ingenieurs en een hecht team dat je ondersteunt met studies, berekeningen en praktische begeleiding.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Projectleider volg je jouw projecten op van begin tot einde, inclusief contact met klanten, architecten, aannemers en bouwpromotoren
  • Daarnaast stel je technische oplossingen voor in functie van stabiliteit en werk je bijhorende stabiliteitsstudies en kostprijsberekeningen uit
  • Verder krijg je ondersteuning van een ervaren team van ingenieurs die je begeleiden bij de berekeningen en studies
  • Ook ga je regelmatig persoonlijk langs op de werven in België, de Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk om alles op te volgen
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee in oplossingen en verbeteringen, zodat elk project technisch en financieel tot in de puntjes klopt
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in industriële of burgerlijke ingenieurswetenschappen richting bouwkunde
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren werkervaring in een gelijkaardige rol of sector
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een extra troef
