Zonder goede bronbemaling staat de bouw letterlijk stil. Als Projectleider Bronbemaling bij Van Kessel Bronbemaling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van uiteenlopende bemalingsprojecten. Vanuit onze vestiging in Buren werk je vooral aan projecten in de zuidelijke helft van Nederland, van relatief compacte bemalingen tot complexe infrastructurele projecten met grote technische en organisatorische uitdagingen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je projecten zelf te organiseren, schakelt rechtstreeks met opdrachtgevers en stuurt op kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid en financieel resultaat. Daarbij werk je samen met ervaren uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en specialisten binnen een organisatie die al jarenlang een sterke positie heeft in de markt voor bronbemaling. Als Projectleider Bronbemaling ben je vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de afronding verantwoordelijk voor jouw projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat techniek, uitvoering, planning en financiën goed op elkaar aansluiten en houdt gedurende het hele traject overzicht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en weet wat er op een project speelt. Samen met de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering bepaal je de juiste aanpak, bewaak je voortgang en resultaat en stuur je bij waar dat nodig is.
