The posting

De Projectleider Bouw is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop van de toegewezen projecten, van start tot en met oplevering. De functie combineert technische expertise met people management, communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van de werkzaamheden vanaf de opstartfase tot de finale oplevering;
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget doorheen alle projectfasen;
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van onderaannemers, ploegbazen en werfleiders in nauwe samenwerking;
  • Onderhouden van professionele contacten met opdrachtgevers, architecten, ingenieurs en leveranciers;
  • Opstellen van vorderingsstaten en bespreken van de voortgang samen met de klant;
  • Voorzitten of bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en toezien op een correcte uitvoering;
  • Verzekeren van een efficiënte financiële opvolging van elk project.

De Projectleider rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technisch directeur en werkt nauw samen met de aankoopdienst, werkvoorbereider en administratie.

Onze klant zoekt een praktijkgerichte en communicatief sterke bouwprofessional die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en structuur brengt in complexe dossiers.

Verwachte achtergrond en competenties:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting of relevante ervaring in projectleiding;
  • Een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Stressbestendig, behoudt overzicht in drukke situaties en straalt rust uit;
  • Assertief en klantgericht in overleg met interne en externe partners;
  • Geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit, maar een flexibele houding in functie van de realiteit op de werven;
  • Administratief sterk zijn en nauwkeurig werken is een must;
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt;
  • Kennis van het Frans vormt een bijkomende troef;
  • In het bezit van een VCA-VOL-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen.
