Activiteiten bevinden zich in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Functie inhoud Als projectleider coördineer en controleer je op functioneel gebied de werkzaamheden van de werkvoorbereider alsmede de uitvoerder en geef je leiding aan het uitvoeringsteam aan de aan jouw toegewezen bouwprojecten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere uitvoering van het personeelsbeleid, rapporteer je periodiek aan de directie inzake financiële projectprognose en voortgang. Je signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt hierop actie, je ziet toe op de naleving van het projectkwaliteitsplan en je neemt maatregelen om de voortgang in werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering te waarborgen. Ook behoort het monitoren van de inkoop tot je werkzaamheden.
