Als Projectleider Calculatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de allereerste fase van onze bouwprojecten (ruwbouw tot afwerking). Je trekt het volledige calculatieproces én moderniseert onze werking

Jouw takenpakket (80% Calculatie):

• Prijsaanvragen beheren: Binnengekomen aanvragen opvolgen en prioriteren.

• Kostprijsberekening: Hoeveelheden en prijzen berekenen op basis van plannen en bestekken.

• Inkoop & Onderhandeling: Offertes opvragen en scherp onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers.

• Offertes uitwerken: Risico's in kaart brengen en definitieve offertes opmaken in Bouwsoft.

• Klantcontact: Offertes telefonisch opvolgen en vragen van klanten beantwoorden.

• Projectoverdracht: Goedgekeurde dossiers omzetten in projecten en gestructureerd overdragen aan de werfleiders.

Jouw impact op de toekomst (20% Optimalisatie):

• Procesoptimalisatie: Workflows doorlichten en efficiënter maken.

• Digitalisering & AI: Moderne tools en AI-toepassingen implementeren voor het sneller inlezen van meetstaten.

• Directe lijn: Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de zaakvoerder voor een snelle uitrol van jouw ideeën

We zoeken een calculator met analytische skills die van aanpakken weet.

· Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bouw of hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in calculatie functie.

· Je bent geboeid door nieuwe technologieën (zoals AI) en digitalisering, en je neemt graag zelf het initiatief om processen slimmer in te richten.

· Je bent een analytische teamspeler die uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust te werk gaat.

· Je bent van nature klantgericht, denkt proactief mee met de wensen van de bouwheer en streeft altijd naar een langetermijnrelatie met onze partners.

· Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot te schakelen met klanten en onderaannemers.

·

Ervaring met MS Office is vereist, en een goede basiskennis van Bouwsoft is een sterke troef.
