Voor onze klanten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt als projectleider. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van een project van het ontwerp tot de oplevering binnen het gestelde budget en gestelde tijd. Jouw project begint met de overdracht van de calculator met alle informatie en afspraken van het project. Je zorgt dat je van alle specificaties binnen je project op de hoogte bent. Je werkt nauw samen de engineer die voor de klant de tekeningen gaat uit werken. Je bewaakt de planning van het project en zorgt daarnaast ook voor een up-to-date projectadministratie. Wanneer de opbouw van het project is gestart bezoek je ook regelmatig de bouwplaats om de vorderingen te bekijken. Je stuurt de monteurs aan die werkzaam zijn op jouw project. De (eind)resultaten van je projecten rapporteer je aan het MT. Onze club projectleiders zijn ieder afzonderlijk verantwoordelijk voor de eigen projecten, toch werken ze ook regelmatig samen om kennis uit te wisselen opgedaan binnen de projecten. De ervaren projectleiders wordt ook gevraagd om als coach doorstroom van collega's naar de functie projectleider te begeleiden. Vaardigheden Je signaleert meerwerk binnen je project en zorgt dat de klant hiervoor een offerte ontvangt waar hij meteen ja tegen zegt Je bent besluitvaardig door zelf de juiste acties te ondernemen.
