Organisatie Zij zorgen voor veilige en beschikbare infrastructuur. Samen met ruim 750 collega's werken we al bijna honderd jaar aan doorstroming over weg, water en het spoor voor een leefbaar Nederland. Dit doen we voor publieke klanten zoals provincies en gemeenten, Rijkswaterstaat en ProRail en voor private klanten zoals Schiphol, havenbedrijven en logistieke dienstverleners. Functie Als Projectleider Contracten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol beheren en optimaliseren van onderhoudscontracten binnen de technische infrastructuur voor bijvoorbeeld verkeersregelinstallaties en openbare verlichting. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen, prestaties inzichtelijk zijn en processen soepel verlopen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Inrichten en optimaliseren van contractprocessen - Bewaken van KPI's, planning, kwaliteit en budgetten - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne teams - Beheren en actueel houden van documentatie en rapportages - Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig - Proactief aandragen van oplossingen en verbeteringen - Opstellen van financiële prognoses en bewaken van contractresultaten - Coördineren van de dagelijkse operatie en oplossen van knelpunten - Herkennen en benutten van commerciële kansen binnen klantrelaties Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Circa 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in contractbeheer, projectmanagement of procescoördinatie - Ervaring met het bewaken van contractafspraken, KPI's en budgetten - Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten en collega's - Commercieel inzicht en het vermogen kansen en risico's tijdig ...
