Ben jij als projectleider op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een projectleider ter ondersteuning van onze projecten met betrekking tot drinkwaterbeheer. Als firma zijn wij actief binnen verschillende facetten van de bouwsector en realiseren we unieke projecten.

Je neemt de volledige projectbegeleiding op jou en zorgt voor heldere en efficiënte communicatie tussen alle partijen.

Jouw focus ligt op het mee vormgeven van de toekomst van het drinkwaternet. Je identificeert risico’s en spoort verborgen defecten op die lange tijd onopgemerkt bleven. Hiervoor maak je onder andere gebruik van lekdetectie, inspectiecamera’s en 3D-modellering. Zo verzamel je de juiste inzichten om toekomstgerichte en doordachte beslissingen mogelijk te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Brengt diverse soorten leidingnetwerken gedetailleerd in kaart
  • Voert technische inspecties uit met de meest geschikte methode per situatie
  • Detecteert lekkages en afwijkingen in het leidingstelsel en rapporteert deze duidelijk
  • Analyseert de staat van leidingen en schat hun resterende levensduur in
  • Geeft onderbouwd advies aan klanten en administraties over risico’s, gebreken en prioriteiten
  • Plant en organiseert inspectieprojecten en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op
  • Verwerkt en interpreteert data om heldere aanbevelingen te formuleren

Dankzij je ervaring in projectmanagement binnen leidingtechnieken slaag je erin om elk project succesvol af te ronden. Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in bijvoorbeeld materiaalkunde, bouwkunde of een gelijkaardig domein. Daarnaast is een goede kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans essentieel binnen deze functie.
