Dan is dit jouw kans! Organisatie Ze zijn specialist op het gebied van ondergrondse infra waarbij samenwerken de norm is. Als (onder)aannemer, installatiebedrijf, onderhoudsbedrijf: in welke vorm je hen inschakelt, je krijgt altijd veilige, betrouwbare en gekwalificeerde medewerkers om het project zorgvuldig uit te voeren. Naast dat ze experts zijn in ondergrondse infra (gas, water, elektra), weten ze ook alles van openbare verlichting. Functie In deze functie krijg je alle ruimte om te ondernemen, te organiseren én te inspireren. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de grotere projecten en stuur je tegelijk de uitvoerders aan die de kleinere projecten onder jouw supervisie uitvoeren. Je werkt zelfstandig, met veel vrijheid, en legt verantwoording af aan de bedrijfsleider. De nadruk ligt op de uitvoerende en organisatorische kant, maar jouw inbreng gaat verder. Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen, het verhogen van efficiëntie én het realiseren van lange termijn doelen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, de coach én de kartrekker binnen jouw team. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en onderhoudt nauw contact over voortgang, kwaliteit en meer- of minderwerk; - Je staat stevig in je schoenen richting zowel opdrachtgever als team, en schakelt gemakkelijk op inhoudelijk niveau; - Je fungeert als coach, sparringpartner en vraagbaak voor jouw team; - Samen met uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders zorg je voor een soepele voorbereiding én uitvoering van jouw projecten; - Je stuurt eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan; - Je stelt lange- en korte termijn planningen op en stemt deze wekelijks af in het planningsoverleg; - Je zorgt samen met je team voor een juiste admini...
