The posting

Voor de uitbouw van industriële elektriciteitsprojecten in de regio Genk zoeken we een Projectleider Elektriciteit die projecten van voorbereiding tot opstart mee in goede banen leidt. Je werkt zowel op kantoor als op de werven en schakelt vlot tussen technische uitwerking, coördinatie en opvolging. In deze rol combineer je sterke elektrische kennis met een praktische aanpak en een brede inzetbaarheid binnen industriële omgevingen zoals beton, farma en chemie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • De technische voorbereiding en opvolging van industriële elektriciteitswerken, inclusief bekabeling, materiaalkeuze en werfplanning.
  • Het aansturen van werven en coördineren van de werkzaamheden in overleg met interne teams, klanten en onderaannemers.
  • Het mee uittekenen en inhoudelijk opvolgen van schakelkasten en bordenbouw.
  • Het begeleiden van de opstart van installaties en volledige productielijnen, samen met software-ingenieurs en andere technische profielen.
  • De opvolging van hoogspanningscabines, nutsvoorzieningen en machinebekabeling binnen industriebouw.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en een efficiënte uitvoering van elk project.
  • Het onderhouden van een nauwkeurige communicatie met het vaste klantenbestand en het ondersteunen van langdurige industriële samenwerkingen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar geen residentiële elektriciteitswerken worden uitgevoerd, maar waar de focus ligt op complexe industriële installaties, technische uitdagingen en projecten met impact op volledige productielijnen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een projectleider met een stevige technische basis en minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit of een gelijkaardige technische projectomgeving. Je bent iemand die zowel het overzicht bewaart als graag zelf inhoudelijk meewerkt aan technische oplossingen.

We verwachten dat je beschikt over:

  • Een sterke kennis van elektriciteit, met een duidelijke affiniteit voor industriële installaties.
  • Ervaring met bekabeling, voorbereiding van bekabeling en materiaalinzicht in een industriële context.
  • De vaardigheid om schakelkasten te tekenen of technisch mee te denken over de uitwerking ervan.
  • Ervaring met of interesse in het aansturen van bordenbouw en het coördineren van technische teams op de werf.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de flexibiliteit om zowel op kantoor als op de werf te werken.
  • De capaciteit om samen te werken met software-ingenieurs en installaties mee op te starten.
  • Een brede inzetbaarheid en de wil om meerdere taken en verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen binnen het projectteam.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken.

Een technische opleiding in elektriciteit of elektromechanica is een sterke troef, aangevuld met relevante ervaring in de industriële sector. Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een oplossingsgerichte houding zijn belangrijk om in deze functie succesvol te zijn.
