The posting

Als projectleider elektriciteit trek je projecten van A tot Z: van studie en ontwerp tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Je werkt aan technische installaties in wegen, tunnels en kunstwerken (bruggen, sluizen, stuwen), maar ook aan AC/DC-laadinfrastructuur en industriële elektrotechnische installaties in zowel laag- als hoogspanning.

We bekijken samen welke projecten het beste bij jou passen en bouwen je verantwoordelijkheden op volgens je ervaring en interesses.

Bovendien is werken in infra nooit saai: je bouwt mee aan projecten die maatschappelijke meerwaarde hebben én letterlijk zichtbaar zijn in het straatbeeld.

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen:

  • Aanwezigheid op de werf, waar je je teams ondersteunt en opvolgt
  • Overleg met klanten, studiebureaus en leveranciers
  • Technische en administratieve opvolging in functie van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het project vanaf studiefase, tot en met eindoplevering.
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie van de projecten zowel naar klant toe als naar de eigen werfleiding.
  • Je denkt mee in oplossingen en biedt praktische, klantgerichte antwoorden op technische of organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte documentatie doorheen het volledige projectverloop.
  • Je zoekt opportuniteiten binnen de uitvoering, maar blijft tegelijk trouw aan de afspraken en grenzen van het lastenboek.
  • Je volgt zowel de technische als financiële voortgang van je projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent een echte "verbinder" tussen werf, kantoor en klant.
  • Bachelor of master in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Energietechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in projectleiding binnen infra, elektro, tunneltechnieken, industriële installaties of utiliteit.
  • Ervaring met overheidsaanbestedingen (pluspunt).
  • Resultaatgericht, analytisch, oplossingsgericht.
  • Technische maturiteit, snel schakelen.
  • Motiveren en aansturen op respectvolle manier.
  • Georganiseerd, zelfstandig, sterke communicatie skills.
  • Duurzaam denken, milieu, veiligheid, maatschappij.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office.
