Wat moet je doen als projectleider?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor resultaat en de organisatie van je projecten: planning, werfbezetting en middelen
  • Coördinatie en controle van projecten: technische inhoud, levertijden, procedures en regels m.b.t. veiligheid en kwaliteit, financiële aspecten, …
  • Aansturen en motiveren van je team
  • Jij bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten, prospecten en belangrijke stakeholders zoals architecten, studiebureaus en leveranciers. Je bent hun vertrouwde contactpersoon
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen als Aankoop en Calculatie en rapporteert aan de projectmanager van je afdeling
  • Jij gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe kansen, bijvoorbeeld via e-tenders, en bezoekt zelf potentiële projecten om een gedegen inschatting te maken en de beste kansen te identificeren.
  • Je inspireert en coacht je teamleden, stimuleert hun groei en zorgt ervoor dat jullie samen de doelstellingen behalen.

Als projectleider herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • min. 2 jaar ervaring
  • Technische opleiding (voorkeur BA of MA)
  • Commerciële feeling en klantgerichte attitude
  • Ervaring binnen middenspanning en technische dienstverlening , ind. elek
  • Resultaatgericht, hands-on en probleemoplossend
  • Sterke sociale vaardigheden waarmee je een team weet aan te sturen en te motiveren
