The posting

Voor een bedrijf actief binnen energie-, infrastructuur- en elektromechanische projecten ben ik op zoek naar een Projectleider Elektromechanica / Elektriciteit.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van elektrische en elektromechanische projecten, van studie en voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en projectteams.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van een gespecialiseerde afdeling. Je denkt actief mee over processen, kennisdeling en optimalisaties binnen de organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

Projectvoorbereiding

  • Analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, lastenboeken, plannen en technische documenten.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen in overleg met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Technische en administratieve voorbereiding van projecten.
  • Identificeren en beheersen van projectrisico's.
  • Selecteren, aansturen en opvolgen van onderaannemers.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie tijdens de voorbereiding.

Projectopvolging

  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van projecten op technisch, organisatorisch en financieel vlak.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en vorderingsstaten.
  • Bijwonen en leiden van werfvergaderingen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Tijdig anticiperen op risico's en afwijkingen.

Teamcoördinatie

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van projectteams.
  • Stimuleren van samenwerking tussen interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tijdens de uitvoering van het project.

Projectafsluiting

  • Opstellen van as-built dossiers.
  • Evalueren van projecten en formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en kennisopbouw binnen de organisatie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor of master in Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica, Energietechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring als projectleider, werfleider of projectingenieur binnen elektriciteit of elektromechanica.
  • Kennis van elektrotechnische installaties, automatisatie, bordenbouw, kabelsystemen en leidingsystemen.
  • Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt.
  • BA4 en/of BA5 zijn een troef.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office. Kennis van AutoCAD, EPLAN, Caneco of MS Project is een meerwaarde.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basis Frans en Engels.
