Bij Bosman zoeken we een projectleider elektrotechniek die niet alleen beslissingen durft te nemen, maar zich ook écht verantwoordelijk voelt voor het team én het resultaat. Iemand die energie krijgt van samenwerken, sturen en bouwen aan slimme oplossingen voor morgen. Dit ga je doen - Jij zorgt dat de planning klopt én blijft kloppen. Je stuurt je team aan, bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het project. - Je hebt grip op de financiën en zorgt voor helder inzicht in de resultaten en de forecast (samen met de projectmanager). Vanaf de start tot aan de oplevering ben jij in de lead. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om het project naar eigen inzicht in te richten en slimme verbetervoorstellen door te voeren. - Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met elektrotechniek te maken heeft. Je weet hoe je relaties onderhoudt en communiceert effectief met alle betrokkenen: van opdrachtgever tot architect, van ontwikkelaar tot onderaannemer, en natuurlijk je eigen team. Jij zorgt dat iedereen op één lijn zit. - Veiligheid staat bij jou voorop. Maar je weet ook hoe je rust én plezier in het team brengt. Samen met de projectleider uitvoering zorg je voor een vlekkeloze installatie van onder andere slimme lichttechnieken, energiemonitoring en duurzame oplossingen zoals zonnepanelen. En je zorgt dat alles netjes wordt vastgelegd in de juiste rapportages. - Je rapporteert aan de projectmanager en geeft leiding aan de projectcoördinator, engineer, werkvoorbereider en BIM-modelleur(s). Dit neem je mee - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding en/of stevige praktijkervaring in de wereld van elektrotechnische installaties. - VCA-VOL (indien nog niet in bezit, valt deze via ons te behalen). - Je neemt van nature de leiding in de planning en hebt oprechte aandacht voor je team. - Je communiceert helder, verbinden...
