Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt 4 tot 5 werfleiders aan en houdt tegelijk het overzicht op alle werven
  • Je verdeelt je tijd ruwweg 90 % op kantoor voor voorbereiding en 10 % op werfbezoek voor kwaliteitscontroles
  • Je berekent meerwerken, maakt aankoopverrekeningen en verzorgt de volledige calculatie tot 2 miljoen euro per project
  • Je bespreekt maandelijks de financiële stand‑van‑zaken rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerders
  • Je bewaakt strakke deadlines en schakelt snel om praktische issues ter plaatse op te lossen
  • Je werkt met Autocad en Revit om plannen te analyseren en optimaliseren
  • Je zorgt dat elk project voldoet aan de hoogste afwerkingsgraad én aan de KPI’s voor veiligheid en rendement
