Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de elektrotechnische infrastructuursector en realiseert projecten voor openbare besturen, industriële klanten, nutsmaatschappijen en telecomoperatoren. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in elektrische infrastructuurwerken zoals openbare verlichting, laag- en middenspanningsnetten, databekabeling, aansluitwerken en technische installaties.

Met meerdere vestigingen in België en een sterk team van ervaren techniekers en projectmedewerkers zet de organisatie dagelijks in op kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork. Jobomschrijving

Als projectleider zorg je voor de succesvolle uitvoering van elektrische installatieprojecten, van ontwerp tot realisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, studiebureaus en aannemers om innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen te bedenken en uit te voeren. Je rapporteert aan de projectdirecteur en bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren van projecten van A tot Z: van voorontwerp tot oplevering
  • Overleg met klanten en stakeholders om een duidelijke behoeften analyse te maken en de meest geschikte oplossingen aan te bieden
  • Het opstellen van lichtplannen, meetstaten en ontwerptekeningen, inclusief technische oplossingen zoals sturingen
  • Het opmaken en motiveren van offertes bij klanten
  • De planning, aankoop, budgettering en opvolging van projecten tot oplevering. Je beheert alle projectadministratie nauwgezet in ons ERP-systeem (Navision)
  • Het aansturen van interne teams en onderaannemers voor een efficiënte uitvoering. Je hebt een sterke focus op organisatie en people management en voert regelmatige werfbezoeken uit
  • De financiële opvolging van projecten: vorderingsstaten, factuur controle, kostenbewaking en rendementsanalyse
  • Het garanderen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen elk project
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektrische installaties en bij voorkeurervaring als project engineer of werfleider
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektriciteit
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en hebt een commerciële feeling
  • Je bent een teamspeler die mensen motiveert en het overzicht bewaart
