Wij leveren de beste bedrijfsvoeringsoplossing aan overheden in de regio Zwolle, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op een goede dienstverlening richting de samenleving. We doen dat op het gebied van ICT, HR en Inkoop & Contractmanagement. Wij zijn een Shared Service Centrum (SSC) en werken samen met de gemeenten Kampen, Zwolle, Dalfsen, Westerveld, Zwartewaterland, Ommen en de provincie Overijssel. We hebben onze thuisbasis in het mooie provinciehuis van Zwolle. Een plek waar veel betrokken mensen uit de regio samenkomen en werken. Met een jaarlijkse aanbesteding van projecten en diensten met een totale waarde van ongeveer € 700 miljoen speelt de afdeling Inkoop & contractmanagement van SSC Ons een belangrijke rol in het zo goed mogelijk besteden van het belastinggeld voor Ons en de aangesloten partners. Bij de afdeling Inkoop en Contractmanagement werken inkoopadviseurs, contractbeheerders, contractmanagers en aanbesteding juristen. Opdracht SSC ONS en haar partners zijn op zoek naar een gedreven projectleider voor de aanschaf en implementatie van een nieuw Learning Management System (LMS). Het huidige LMS-systeem nadert het einde van het contract (december 2027) en er moet een Europese aanbesteding worden voorbereid en inhoudelijk begeleid. Het doel is een toekomstbestendig LMS-platvorm te implementeren dat aansluit op de visie en leerbehoeften van SSC Ons en haar partners. Het is daarbij niet wenselijk dat een partij de tool nog moet ontwikkelen, de uitvraag moet zich op bestaande techniek richten. De projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces, van voorbereiding tot livegang: Het samen met de partners van SSC Ons realiseren van een toekomst...
