Ben jij technisch sterk, organisatorisch aangelegd en op zoek naar een functie waarin je projecten van A tot Z kan opvolgen? Heb je interesse in staalbouw, metaalconstructies en industriële maatwerkprojecten? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van technische projecten, vanaf de offertefase tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je vormt de schakel tussen klant, werkvoorbereiding, aankoop, productie en montage en zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Coördineren van projecten van offerte tot oplevering.
  • Analyseren van offertes, plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties.
  • Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van projectinformatie.
  • Lezen, interpreteren en indien nodig aanpassen van technische plannen.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten, planning en projectvoortgang.
  • Samenstellen en aansturen van projectteams.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Coördineren van aankopen en materiaalbestellingen in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van project- en productiedossiers.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Technische uitdagingen detecteren en meedenken over efficiënte uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Ondersteunen van werfleiders en productie tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Bachelor of master in een technische of bouwkundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Interesse in staalbouw, metaalconstructies of industriële projecten.
  • Een eerste ervaring als projectleider is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende partijen.
  • Kennis van MS Office.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD, Inventor of SolidWorks is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid een VCA VOL-certificaat te behalen indien je dit nog niet hebt.
