Als Projectleider Food & Procesindustrie neem je de leiding over technische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt het volledige project en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende engineeringdisciplines, leveranciers, aannemers en de klant goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

• Je begeleidt technische projecten van voorbereiding en engineering tot uitvoering en oplevering

• Je stelt mono- en multidisciplinaire engineeringteams samen en coördineert hun werkzaamheden

• Je vertaalt de behoeften van de klant naar concrete technische oplossingen

• Je stelt projectplanningen en budgetten op en volgt deze nauwgezet op

• Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, kosten en mogelijke projectrisico's

• Je stuurt aannemers en leveranciers aan tijdens de uitvoering op locatie

• Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en andere betrokken stakeholders

• Je werkt samen met engineers uit verschillende disciplines zoals mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation en automation

• Je ziet toe op de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften op de werf

• Je rapporteert over de voortgang, risico's en belangrijke beslissingen binnen het project

Voor de functie van Projectleider Food & Procesindustrie zoeken we iemand met een sterke technische achtergrond die graag het overzicht bewaart en verschillende partijen samenbrengt. Ervaring binnen food & beverage is interessant, maar ook ervaring binnen pharma, procesindustrie of een andere productieomgeving kan goed aansluiten.

• Je beschikt over een masterdiploma binnen een relevante technische of engineeringrichting

• Je hebt ervaring met technisch projectmanagement en werfopvolging binnen een industriële omgeving

• Je hebt een goede technische kennis van één of meerdere disciplines zoals mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation of automation

• Je kunt multidisciplinaire teams coördineren en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende technische deelgebieden

• Je communiceert vlot met klanten, engineers, leveranciers en aannemers

• Je werkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit

• Je kunt zowel op strategisch niveau meedenken als praktisch schakelen tijdens de uitvoering van een project

• Je bent bereid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn bij klanten en projecten verspreid over Vlaanderen

• Een goede Nederlandse taalkennis is een must
