In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van complexe boorprojecten waarbij kabels en leidingen op innovatieve wijze ondergronds worden aangelegd, zonder traditionele graafwerkzaamheden. Als Projectleider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, engineers en uitvoeringsteams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen van een project naadloos op elkaar aansluiten: van technische voorbereiding en planning tot uitvoering en oplevering. Dankzij jouw organisatorische en technische inzicht verlopen projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens afspraak. De projecten variëren sterk in omvang en complexiteit, van kortere tracés tot grootschalige ondergrondse kruisingen op uitdagende locaties. Juist die diversiteit maakt deze functie afwisselend en uitdagend. Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze functie neem je de regie over het volledige projectproces en houd je grip op zowel de operationele als commerciële doelstellingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en begeleiden van ondergrondse boorprojecten vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering. - Opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van projectplanningen, budgetten en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. - Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorgen voor heldere communicatie gedurende het gehele traject. - Intensief samenwerken met engineers, uitvoerders en operationele teams om projecten technisch en organisatorisch succesvol te realiseren. - Tijdig signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en verbeterkansen en hier pro...
