The posting

Als Projectmanager Telecom ben je verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte en kwalitatieve realisatie van verschillende projecten binnen de telecomafdeling. Je begeleidt projecten van studie en ontwerp tot uitvoering en oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle doelstellingen op vlak van kwaliteit, planning en budget worden behaald.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Beheren en coördineren van telecomprojecten van ontwerp tot eindoplevering
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van werfleiders
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van werven en opvolgen van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, klanten, onderaannemers en andere stakeholders
  • Zoeken naar klantgerichte en efficiënte oplossingen voor diverse technische vraagstukken
  • Motiveren van medewerkers om werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt uit te voeren
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van projectbudgetten en KPI’s
  • Transparant vertalen van doelstellingen naar het werfteam
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en administratieve opvolging van projecten
  • Rapporteren aan de Business Unit Manager Telecom

Voor deze functie zoeken we een resultaatgerichte professional met een sterke technische affiniteit en leiderschapskwaliteiten.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur, een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de telecomsector
  • Je hebt een praktische en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt oplossingsgericht
  • Kennis van telecom en/of ICT is een belangrijke troef
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent een people manager die medewerkers motiveert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en flexibel
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, kostenbeheersing en veiligheid
  • Je draagt bij aan duurzame en milieubewuste oplossingen
