Onze klant in Eke, gespecialiseerd is in airco, HVAC en professionele koeling zijn wij op zoek naar een (Junior) Projectleider HVAC-S.

Jouw takenpakket als Projectleider HVAC-S ziet eruit als volgt:

  • Je vraagt offertes op en volgt die op, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je controleert de verschillende offertes en technische plannen.
  • Als projectleider verzorg je de voorbereidende aanvragen zoals nutsvoorzieningen, werfvoorzieningen...
  • Je bekijkt voorstellen en zoekt naar de beste oplossing voor de klant.
  • Ook onderhandelingen en opmaken van contracten, uitvoering en oplevering van allerlei speciale technieken... behoren tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je maakt calculaties op en doet een inschatting van de totaalkost per project.
  • Opmaken van een correcte planning in functie van deadlines, kwaliteit en budget.

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat Projectleider HVAC-S kan dit afvinken;

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in de HVAC-wereld als projectleider.
  • Indien je een schoolverlater bent, zeker ook welkom! Dan start je eerst als werkvoorbereider om zo door te groeien tot projectleider.
  • AutoCad is jou niet onbekend: je kan plannen lezen en basis tekenwerk uitvoeren.
  • Ook Excel is kinderspel voor deze projectleider.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en bent een echte problem solver.
  • Dankzij jouw helikopterview kan je overzicht bewaren en alles goed organiseren.
  • Deze projectleider HVAC werkt graag in een team.
  • Je bent flexibel, spontaan en sociaal.
  • Jouw passie voor techniek zorgt ervoor dat je goedlachs naar je werk komt en je een 'Go for it' attitude hebt.
  • Tot slot is jouw kennis Frans een pluspunt.
