Ben jij iemand die graag projecten van A tot Z in goede banen leidt en energie haalt uit het combineren van techniek, planning en klantencontact? Dan is deze functie als projectleider HVAC zeker iets voor jou.

Voor een gespecialiseerde speler binnen gebouwtechnieken zoeken we een projectleider HVAC in regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Dit bedrijf richt zich op het volledig ontzorgen van klanten binnen HVAC en sanitaire installaties, zowel in B2C- als B2B-projecten.

Vanuit een geïntegreerde aanpak begeleiden ze projecten van de eerste technische analyse en offerte tot ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering. Ook na installatie blijven ze betrokken via onderhoud en service, waardoor klanten kunnen rekenen op een duurzame en betrouwbare oplossing.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Dankzij een sterke interne samenwerking tussen studie, uitvoering en service worden projecten efficiënt en tot in de puntjes afgewerkt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider HVAC volg je projecten op van studie en calculatie tot oplevering en nacalculatie
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de planning, budgetten en voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig
  • Verder bied je oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen en fungeer je als aanspreekpunt binnen jouw projecten
  • Bovendien ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de werf en neem je actief deel aan werfvergaderingen
  • Ook werk je nauw samen met werfleiders zodat de uitvoering vlot en efficiënt verloopt
  • Tot slot onderhoud je contact met klanten en zorg je voor een correcte communicatie over de voortgang
  • Je beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen HVAC of gebouwtechnieken
  • Daarnaast heb je een sterke technische kennis van HVAC- en sanitaire systemen
  • Verder werk je oplossingsgericht en combineer je technische expertise met organisatorisch inzicht
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, aangevuld met kennis van Engels en Frans, en beschik je over een rijbewijs B
