Werk jij graag op het snijpunt van techniek en projectmanagement? Een gevestigde, erkende algemene aannemer, actief binnen een grotere bouwgroep, zoekt een Project Engineer Technieken om de technische installaties van grote bouwprojecten te realiseren. Je begint al in de studiefase en volgt het project tot de oplevering. Het bedrijf werkt in verschillende Vlaamse provincies en in Brussel, en zet de mens centraal, zowel op de werf als op kantoor.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bestudeert lastenboeken en ontwerpen en werkt samen met calculatie en aankoop. Zo zijn je keuzes technisch én financieel onderbouwd, waardoor projecten binnen budget blijven.
  • Je coördineert de uitvoering van de technische installaties op de werf. Zo verloopt alles volgens planning, waardoor de bouwheer tevreden is.
  • Je organiseert technische coördinatievergaderingen en werkt mee aan de BIM-coördinatie. Zo worden knelpunten tijdig gezien, waardoor je dure herwerken vermijdt.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit en volgt meerwerken en wijzigingen nauwgezet op. Zo behoud je overzicht, waardoor er geen verrassingen zijn achteraf.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte commissioning, oplevering en het as-built dossier. Zo is elk project volledig afgerond en documenteer je je succes.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent master (elektromechanica, bouw, klimatisatie, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in projectleiding of technieken in de bouw en kent gebouwtechnieken goed.
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in team.
  • Je beheerst MS Office (planningssoftware is een plus) en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels.
