Voor een onderneming in de regio van Roeselare zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Projectleider HVAC. Deze familiale organisatie bouwde doorheen de jaren een sterke reputatie op binnen de industriële techniekenmarkt. Vanuit hun expertise binnen de HVAC-sector realiseren ze technische totaaloplossingen voor uiteenlopende industriële klanten. Hun projecten situeren zich voornamelijk binnen sectoren waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid vooropstaan. Samen met een team van meer dan 100 gespecialiseerde medewerkers realiseren ze jaarlijks een omzet van meer dan 20 miljoen euro.

Om de verdere groei van hun activiteiten te ondersteunen, wensen zij hun team uit te breiden met een Projectleider die projecten van start tot oplevering in goede banen leidt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Projectleider HVAC neem je de volledige coördinatie van HVAC-projecten in handen, van de eerste analyse en planning tot de oplevering op de werf
  • Samen met de Project Engineers werk je technische dossiers uit, stel je realistische budgetten en planningen op en breng je mogelijke risico’s tijdig in kaart
  • Een vlotte samenwerking tussen klanten, leveranciers, werfleiding en interne teams staat centraal, waarbij je iedereen gericht aanstuurt om projecten efficiënt vooruit te laten gaan
  • Door regelmatige werfvergaderingen, nauwgezette opvolging en kwaliteitscontroles behoud je steeds het overzicht en stuur je proactief bij wanneer afwijkingen zich voordoen
  • Met jouw coachende aanpak motiveer je alle betrokken partijen, bewaak je de samenhang binnen het projectteam en zorg je voor een succesvolle oplevering ondersteund door een gron-dige nacalculatie en evaluatie van het projecttraject
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Masterdiploma binnen een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, energietechnologie of klimatisering
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen projectmanagement zijn vereist, waarbij ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector een sterke meerwaarde vormt
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
