In deze rol als projectleider industriële projecten neem jij het voortouw vanaf de eerste spadesteek tot aan de uiteindelijke oplevering:

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid van A tot Z voor de opvolging, optimalisatie en strakke realisatie van jouw toegewezen werven.
  • Je onderhoudt intensief contact met de bouwheer, architecten, leveranciers en onderaannemers om een vloeiende communicatie te garanderen.
  • Je bewaakt het financieel resultaat en staat in voor de nauwkeurige budgettaire opvolging van het gehele traject.
  • Je stelt een efficiënte planning op voor het inzetten van personeel, de benodigde materialen en het materieel.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken op de werf streng op kwaliteit en zie je erop toe dat de veiligheid van iedereen gewaarborgd blijft.
  • Je stelt medewerkers en onderaannemers op de werf gerust, stuurt hen waar nodig bij en weet hen dagelijks te motiveren.

Profiel

Als ervaren projectleider industriële projecten combineer je een technische achtergrond met een no-nonsense mentaliteit:

  • Een hoger technisch diploma richting bouw (bijvoorbeeld Bachelor of Master) op zak, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Zin om de handen uit de mouwen te steken, continu bij te leren en de kneepjes van het vak verder aan te scherpen.
  • Coachende vaardigheden waarmee je mensen op een natuurlijke manier inspireert en leidt op de werf.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, waarbij een basiskennis van het Frans of Engels een mooie extra troef is.
