Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen stuur je projecten aan op verschillende vestigingen van Group AQ en op werven bij klanten. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en verplaatst je vlot tussen diverse projectlocaties.

We zoeken iemand met een stevige ‘hands-on’ mentaliteit. Het grootste aandeel van uw werktijd draagt u namelijk een overall en veiligheidsschoenen.

Uw collega’s zijn specialisten in verschillende vakgebieden, waardoor er met gedeelde kracht en kennis een geschikt resultaat wordt behaald.

Deze functie richt zich op projectleiding binnen een technische en industriële omgeving. Kandidaten zonder relevante ervaring in industriële projecten, werfcoördinatie of technische dienstverlening komen niet in aanmerking.

  • Minimaal een bachelor diploma met technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardig aan ervaring
  • Ervaring als projectleider in de genoemde sectoren zijn een meerwaarde.
  • Organisatorische- en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om een team te motiveren en te leiden.
  • Zeer goede communicatie in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Analytisch denk- en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om onder druk te werken.
  • Flexibel naar werkuren (steeds in overleg).
