Wij hebben steeds voor ondernemers gebouwd en weten dus uit ervaring dat naast de kwaliteit van onze geleverde werken, vooral respect voor budget en timing essentieel zijn voor onze klant. Onze bedrijfsstructuur is er speciaal op gericht om een gepast antwoord te geven op alle bouwbekommernissen.

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol uitvoeren van bouwprojecten. Door een goede werforganisatie en -administratie lever je kwalitatieve gebouwen op en dit binnen het voorziene budget en planning. Je volgt ook meerdere werven tegelijkertijd op, wanneer nodig kan je rekenen op de steun van een werfleider.

Hoe kan jouw dag eruit zien:

  • Je staat in voor het opvolgen van het volledige uitvoeringsdossier van begin tot oplevering.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede werforganisatie en bijhorende administratie en je stuurt alle eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers aan op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en het behaalde rendement.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het veiligheidsbeleid op de werven, je spreekt arbeiders en onderaannemers hierop aan en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je woont de werfvergaderingen wekelijks bij, jij hebt het aanspreekpunt voor de bouwheer en aanverwante partners.
  • Je hebt een relevante ervaring van minimum 4 jaar en een ruime kennis van bouwtechnieken en industriebouw
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je behaalde een diploma bachelor of master bouwkunde.
