The posting

Binnen een organisatie die inzet op verbinden, duurzame oplossingen en energietransitie neem je als projectleider infra de volledige coördinatie van projecten op. Je stuurt werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ploegbazen aan en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de afdelingsdirecteur. De werven bevinden zich verspreid over heel Vlaanderen.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Projectvoorbereiding

  • Analyse en studie van het volledige aanbestedingsdossier, inclusief lastenboek en plannen.
  • Vastleggen van projectflow en planning in overleg met stakeholders.
  • Na de kick-off met het calculatieteam de technische en administratieve voorbereiding verder uitdiepen in samenspraak met werkvoorbereiders.

Projectopvolging

  • Opvolging, planning en rapportage van de voortgang van het project.
  • Financieel beheer en proactief anticiperen op problemen.
  • Opmaak van vorderingsstaten.
  • Aanspreekpunt op werfvergaderingen.
  • Bewaken van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels op de werf.

Aansturing en coaching

  • Optimale samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen bevorderen.

Projectafsluit

  • Initiatief nemen om best practices en procesoptimalisaties te formuleren bij afsluit.

Als projectleider infra zorg je voor een gestructureerde, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van elk project.

Kenniseisen

  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring als werfleider of junior projectleider.
  • Relevante ervaring met aannemersactiviteiten zoals overheidsopdrachten, leidingsystemen, kabels en standaardbestek 250.
  • Computervaardig, onder meer MS Office en MS Project.
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met Frans en Engels.

Persoonlijkheidscompetenties

  • Kunnen omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en variabele werkdruk zonder nauwkeurigheid te verliezen.
  • Teamplayer met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Kritische benadering en vermogen om achterliggende factoren te analyseren en een strategische lange termijn aanpak te ontwikkelen.
  • Flexibel qua werktijden en passie voor het métier zoals lassen en grondmechanica.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor contacten met on-site teams en andere stakeholders.
  • Als projectleider infra beschik je over de daadkracht en het inzicht om projecten efficiënt te sturen en tot een kwalitatieve oplevering te brengen.
