Voor een groeiende onderneming gespecialiseerd in infrastructuur- en omgevingswerken zoeken we een projectleider die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering in goede banen leidt. Je komt terecht in een familiale omgeving waar ondernemerschap, kwaliteit en betrokkenheid centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van infrastructuurprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Organiseren van de technische, administratieve, personele en financiële middelen
  • Bewaken van deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van werfleiders en ploegbazen
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van werfplanningen
  • Overleggen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere stakeholders
  • Opvolgen van meer- en minwerken
  • Bewaken van rendement en voortgang van de projecten
  • Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen op en rond de werf
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als werfleider, projectleider of binnen infrastructuurwerken
  • Sterke organisatorische en planmatige vaardigheden
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Commercieel inzicht en klantgerichtheid
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Leiderschap en het vermogen om een team te motiveren
  • Flexibiliteit, veerkracht en een proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement
