Functie

Bij de opstart van een nieuw project ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen, waaronder de salesafdeling, werfleiders, techniekers, onderaannemers en klanten.

  • Je verwerkt gegevens uit voor offertes, opdrachten enz.., en waakt erover dat alle nodige materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, dit in samenwerking met de magazijnier.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor de opmaak van kabelberekeningen.
  • Ook stel je het projectveiligheidsplan op voor nieuwe projecten. Je ziet erop toe dat de werken opgestart en uitgevoerd worden volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • De administratieve opvolging van de dossiers behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket. Je zorgt voor de opmaak en volledigheid van het dossier, waarbij je tijdig bijstuurt en rapporteert aan het bestuur.

Profiel

Profiel :

  • Je hebt een elektrotechnische opleiding gevolgd en reeds enkele jaren ervaring in de industriële sector.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan situaties goed inschatten.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig te werk en kan je flexibel opstellen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar kan ook vlot in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent klantgericht, en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar je regelmatig contact hebt met collega’s en klanten.
