Als Projectleider Multidisciplinaire Engineering Datacenters neem je de coördinatie van het volledige engineering- en ontwerpproces op jou. Je bewaakt de technische scope, planning en het engineeringbudget en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende disciplines samen tot één geïntegreerd ontwerp komen.

• Je coördineert multidisciplinaire engineeringteams binnen complexe datacenterprojecten

• Je beheert de technische scope, het engineeringbudget en de bijhorende contractdocumentatie

• Je stelt de engineeringplanning op, volgt deze op en verdeelt de werkzaamheden binnen het team

• Je stemt de verschillende technische disciplines en ontwerpen op elkaar af

• Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen Belgische en internationale engineeringteams

• Je werkt samen met externe consultants, aannemers en andere technische partners

• Je beoordeelt technische ontwerpbeslissingen en stuurt bij waar nodig

• Je bewaakt wijzigingen binnen het ontwerp en de impact hiervan op het volledige project

• Je vertaalt complexe klantvereisten naar technisch haalbare oplossingen

• Je presenteert en bespreekt technische concepten met klanten en projectteams

• Je blijft betrokken tijdens de uitvoeringsfase en vormt een technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders

Voor de functie van Projectleider Multidisciplinaire Engineering Datacenters zoeken we iemand die technische kennis combineert met sterke coördinatievaardigheden. Ervaring binnen datacenters is interessant, maar ook ervaring met industriële gebouwen of andere technisch complexe gebouwprojecten kan goed aansluiten.

• Je beschikt over een masterdiploma binnen elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het coördineren van multidisciplinaire engineering- of ontwerpprojecten

• Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coördineren van engineers en andere technische stakeholders

• Je bent vertrouwd met complexe technische gebouwinstallaties en multidisciplinaire engineering

• Ervaring met datacenters, industriële gebouwen of andere complexe gebouwomgevingen is een sterke troef

• Je bent vertrouwd met digitale engineeringprocessen, 3D-design en BIM-omgevingen

• Je hebt inzicht in relevante normen, regelgeving en werkwijzen binnen engineering en bouw

• Je communiceert vlot met engineers, consultants, aannemers en klanten

• Je spreekt vlot Engels

• Een goede Nederlandse taalkennis is een must

• Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
